Real estate / Reputation

Let trust rest on something real.

Keep information accurate, listen to genuine feedback and agree how concerns move from a public comment to a responsible owner.

What the work can include

Reputation deliverables for real estate

Deliverable / 01

Disclosure and claim approval register

The workflow defines what is monitored, who reviews it and who is allowed to respond. Sensitive matters move to a private route.

Deliverable / 02

Verified project-information checks

Requests for genuine feedback are neutral. Review purchases, incentives and selective positive-only solicitation are not part of the service.

Deliverable / 03

Buyer-feedback escalation

Accurate information, verified evidence and explicit permissions support public trust. Any unsupported claim is held for review.

Deliverable / 04

Construction-update communication

Escalation categories route relevant issues to operations or the authorised professional. The agency does not resolve matters beyond its remit.

Deliverable / 05

Approved proof and testimonial process

Reporting summarises recurring feedback themes and action status without exposing sensitive customer details. Response counts are not rating promises.

Deliverable / 06

Brand consistency across channel partners

The maintenance record tracks approvals, information changes, corrections and next steps so responsibility remains clear.

All property particulars, prices, renders and required disclosures must be supplied or approved by the developer. No investment-return, appreciation or booking guarantees are made.
Built for real estate

Know the rules.
Show the proof.

Industry expertise is the part a generic agency or an AI tool cannot fake. Every claim we help publish is checked against these first.

  • ASCI guidelines on real-estate advertising
  • Consumer protection guidelines on misleading advertisements

Pointers for review, not legal advice. Specialist sign-off is arranged where your claims need it.

Reputation questions

Reputation:
common questions.

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

What is included in reputation for real estate?

Typical deliverables are disclosure and claim approval register, verified project-information checks, buyer-feedback escalation, construction-update communication. The exact quantities, revisions and handover are fixed in the statement of work before work begins.

How much does reputation cost?

Work usually starts with Diagnose the problem (from ₹35,000), which confirms whether reputation is the real priority. The closest engagement, Operate & improve, has a proposed starting fee of ₹1,20,000 per month. A final quotation follows the scope agreement.

How do you measure reputation?

Against measures agreed up front, such as qualified property enquiries, attended site visits, documented proposals. Activity, valid enquiries and client-recorded outcomes are reported separately, and missing attribution is documented rather than estimated.

What do you need from us?

A named reviewer, accurate business information, authorised images and evidence, access to the relevant accounts and an operational contact who owns the next customer action.

Is the RERA number mandatory in real estate ads?

Yes. Registered projects must display the RERA registration number and the authority’s website address in advertisements and promotional material. Omitting it or advertising unregistered projects can attract penalties.

How can a developer get better quality property leads?

Show real facts up front—price basis, carpet area, possession date and RERA details—so casual enquiries self-filter, then respond quickly to site-visit requests with a named contact.
